Here’s a clear guide listing commonly available customization options—and what is typically not offered.

✅ 1. Logo and Branding

Customization options that are simple to implement:

Silk-screen printing: Best suited for simple logos (1–2 colors) printed directly on the pump body. Durable, but requires an additional fee for creating the printing screen/mold.

Sticker labels: Ideal for complex or multi-color logos and easy to update between production batches. However, label printing usually has a minimum order quantity (MOQ), or you may need to pay an additional fee equivalent to the MOQ cost even for small runs.

• Usually not feasible:
• Embossed or engraved logos: This requires modification of the plastic housing mold. Since it involves creating a completely new private mold that cannot be shared with other customers, it comes at a higher cost and requires a minimum order quantity.

What’s achievable:Changing the main body color using standard ABS or PP plastic—such as pink, blue, green, yellow, etc.

Once the Pantone color code is confirmed, the factory will purchase the matching color masterbatch. 

This typically does not add extra cost. However, because the injection molding machine needs to be cleaned and adjusted for color changes, there will be material waste, and a minimum order quantity usually applies.

Limitations:

Black and white color are not recommended: During the injection molding process, these colors tend to show surface imperfections such as uneven texture, specks, streaks, or graininess, which can affect the appearance quality of the plastic housing.

Metallic, glow-in-the-dark, or translucent colors may require special materials and usually come with higher MOQs.

This is where most buyers achieve the strongest brand impact. Common options include:

• White box: No printing—plain packaging only.
• Custom full-color printed box: The factory provides a dieline (template). You design the artwork and send the final print-ready file to the supplier.
• Important: Regardless of which type of printed packaging you choose, it will be subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) set by the printing partner. 

This MOQ is standard across most packaging suppliers in China. If your order doesn’t meet the MOQ, you’ll still be charged for the minimum quantity.

Restriction:

Creating a new packaging size is generally discouraged. Factories have optimized their standard box dimensions over years of shipping experience to ensure product protection and minimize freight costs. We recommend sticking to the existing packaging size.
